Terms & Conditions

Payment methods: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include G.S.T,  You may make payment via secure credit card  (VISA or Mastercard).

Postage: All orders will be sent using Australia Post Registered Mail. Our deliveries are facilitated by Australia Post and the delivery standards and or times are as per the Australia Post delivery schedule.If you have any further questions about delivery times, please contact us.

Pricing: Product pricing is subject to change. Not all items on line are available in store & vice versa.

Returns Policy: Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We will determine a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different to the sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do. Postage is NON-Refundable and returning any item’s is at the consumers expense. Please contact us within 7 days via phone or email adelsew@bigpond.com if you are not happy with your purchase to discuss a refund /exchange. Non – returnable items: Any item without original packaging Any special order items ALL SOFTWARE (computer, embroidery, quilting etc) All threads All parts, accessories and notions (including presser feet, bobbins, bobbin cases, needles etc)
Every effort has been made to show fabrics as the correct colour, please understand that computer monitors can show fabric colour shades differently. Please select carefully as fabric is non- refundable/exchangeable.

Regarding items such as bobbins, accessories etc. If you are not sure if it is the correct part for YOUR make & model machine please check with us first via phone or email adelsew@bigpond.com , we are not responsible for part incompatibility.

Cancellation of an order: If you choose to cancel your order before dispatch you will need to call or email us. A 25% restocking fee applies on all machines, overlockers & AccuQuilt products. Fabric that has been cut already can not be cancelled.

Warranty:All Sewing machines, overlockers and major items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us if you require warranty information on a specific item.
